Plot 29, IG Resort Campus, Perur, Nemeli, East Coast Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603104. It is about 15 minutes from Kovalam. The villa sits inside the IG Resort campus, but it is entirely private and no spaces are shared with other guests.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM the next day. These times are fixed. We do not offer early check-in, late check-out or day outings.
Rates for the whole villa are ₹7,500 for Monday to Thursday nights, ₹8,500 for Friday and Sunday nights and ₹13,500 for Saturday nights, for up to 6 guests. A Handling fee · 5% is added at booking.
The rate covers up to 6 guests. The villa can host a maximum of 8 guests, with an extra charge of ₹1,000 per extra guest per night for the 7th and 8th guest.
Yes. The pool and its waterfall are for your group alone. The pool is 4.5 ft at its deepest, so please do not dive, and supervise children at all times.
Yes. Pets are welcome at ₹1,500 per pet per night. You can add up to 2 pets when you book.
Yes. Refundable security deposit of ₹3,000. It is collected at check-in and returned at check-out, subject to any applicable damage or additional cleaning charges.
